On January 14, 2020, the second meeting of the expert committee for the second International Competition of Autonomous Running Intelligent Robots, sponsored by Beijing Association for science and technology, CO-sponsored by Beijing Institute of electronics, Institute of microelectronics of Tsinghua University, Beijing Institute of Electronic Information, and Beijing future chip advanced innovation center of Tsinghua University, was successfully held in Zijin conference room, Heqing building, Beijing. Professor Wang Zhihua, vice president of Beijing Institute of electronics, director of competition expert committee, vice researcher Zhang Chun, director of competition Technical Committee, and representative of Beijing Association for science and technology, members of competition special committee of more than 20 universities including Tsinghua University, Beijing University of science and technology, Beijing University of science and technology, Huazhong University of science and technology, Zhongshan University, and staff of the Secretariat of Competition Organizing Committee Attended the meeting.

At the meeting, deputy researcher Zhang Chun, director of the technical committee of the competition, first summarized the results of the first meeting of the expert committee, and introduced the two standard competition robot platforms and optional hardware platforms in the primary election. At the same time, he also explained the 2020 competition project, rule modification, competition qualification examination, robot distribution, training courses, competition schedule and other related matters.

Subsequently, the members of the competition committee mainly discussed the competition platform, track and rules, and preliminarily determined the competition qualification review method, part of the hardware platform, part of the event items and contents, part of the event rules and standard track, etc. Meanwhile, they also made clear the time arrangement of each stage, the division of work and the person in charge of propaganda in various regions of China.

At the end of the meeting, the members of the competition expert committee agreed that they would actively participate in the publicity of the competition, organize the team to participate in the competition, formulate the competition items and rules, and actively cooperate with the Organizing Committee of the competition.
